Troy, Michigan – July 1, 2026 -TRP Laboratories is pleased to announce the appointment of Douglas Taylor as Business Development Manager. His addition strengthens the company’s commitment to delivering innovative testing, validation, and engineering solutions. TRP supports customers across the automotive, transportation, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
With more than 20 years of experience in engineering, program management, and business development, Taylor will lead strategic growth initiatives by expanding customer relationships, developing new testing opportunities, and helping manufacturers leverage TRP Laboratories’ comprehensive testing capabilities throughout the product development lifecycle.
Prior to joining TRP Laboratories, Taylor held leadership positions with Benteler Automotive, Lear Corporation, and General Motors Service Parts Operations. His background combines technical engineering expertise with a proven record of building customer partnerships and driving business growth. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
